Pragmatic Gantt Generator
Grab your board, create a plan

What's that?
My name is Sven. I was planning extensive renovations at home and needed to juggle tasks. Being a project manager by heart, I felt the need of a plan, as in a Gantt chart that can be shared with craftsmen.
So I created this tool that takes my Miro board notes and creates an Excel Gantt chart out of it.
Feel free to use it - it doesn't store any data, and the generated Excel file is created on the fly. Just enter your Miro token and board ID, and click the button to generate the Gantt chart.

- Corresponding Excel chart
Your feedback matters!
I would love to hear your feedback! Even if this is too technical (yet), your input might steer the next features! Just spend four clicks on this Google form (no account required, no emails asked - I don't like spam, either).
Q&A
How should the Miro board look like?
- Use sticky notes
- If you enter a number in a separate line in the sticky note text, it is treated as the number of weeks this task takes; if you don't, it assumes one week
- Connect the stickies with arrows
- Keep the board clean of other sticky notes
How to get a Miro token?
- Checkout the official Howto
Really? I should give you my token?
- This is the way. As of now.
- For testing, you could create a clean Miro account and are safe.
- Anyway, I would love to hear your feedback, because I am currently thinking of less intrusive ways to integrate this feature.
